Who Are We?
After 25 years as a “hands on” financial planner, (and the last 10 as a CFP with my own successful practice), I have a deep appreciation of what owning high-performing investments means to clients. Financial advancement is central to people’s self-esteem and future financial independence. That’s not something you mess with.
It also means I have a sound understanding of cashflow management, finance, investment alternatives, superannuation, tax, SMSFs, estate planning and insurance.
I am no longer licensed to provide financial advice. These days I’m a licensed real estate agent, but clearly, not your average agent. I work exclusively with property investors and generally through professional referrals. I will never compete with you! Rest assured my priority is to maintain healthy business relationships and honesty and integrity is uppermost of my values.
I’m a “property investment strategist” and, with my team, work together with people like you to deliver a client-centred, end-to-end property investment service to help build your clients’ wealth.
Providing a valuable property service means considerable research into:

We work exclusively with superior building companies who produce a completely finished home ready for tenants to move into at settlement.
We then look at demographics and what’s in demand to ensure our properties are exactly what people are looking for and can afford.
And… if we don’t have it we’ll find it or create it!
We can also help arrange:
- a Quantity Surveyor to prepare a Depreciation Schedule to maximise tax deductions
- an expert property manager to find a reliable tenant and manage the property
- specialist accountants, planners, conveyancers etc. if required. This may even result in a referral to you if you’re working with us.
Just as importantly we build the client’s understanding of wealth creation and the principles they need to adopt to be successful.
