Annual Review

At Investment Property HQ we see our role as property mentors, coaches and guides. We’d like to keep in touch and help you towards getting the most from your investment and owning more property in the future. As such we can stay in contact with you through our property bulletin emails once in a while as well an annual review to see how you’re going.

These reviews can be face to face or by phone or Skype and are simply to offer any assistance or advice you might be wanting. Of course, we are always available to you if you have a question at anytime too.

We like to make sure you have good record keeping systems in place to record your property’s income and expenses. We can also assist with referrals to specialist accountants who will ensure you claim everything you can and maximise your tax deductions. Of course we’ll make sure you got a depreciation schedule done and claimed your depreciation allowance each year too.

A quick chat about your income, property value and loan balance will soon make it clear when you could buy your next property. This happens more and more quickly as the years pass and it’s remarkable just how quickly you can build up considerable assets. This is after all what it’s all about and we love to see our clients succeed.
